U.S. Attor­ney Gen­er­al Mer­rick Gar­land yes­ter­day issued a let­ter threat­en­ing states hold­ing audits of the 2020 U.S. gen­er­al elec­tion with Fed­er­al crim­i­nal charges.

Today on Steve Bannon’s War Room Pan­dem­ic, Ari­zona State Rep­re­sen­ta­tive Mark Finchem, who is run­ning for AZ Sec­re­tary of State, said that if Mari­co­pa Coun­ty Board of Elec­tions does not turn over elec­tion routers, spunk logs, and oth­er equip­ment sub­poe­naed by the State Sen­ate, the issue would be turned over to the AZ Attor­ney Gen­er­al and equip­ment could very well be seized with­in the next 30 days.

Decer­ti­fi­ca­tion of the 2020 elec­tion results by the AZ leg­is­la­ture is also strong possibility.

“AZ AG Mark Brnovich has this author­i­ty and he knows it,” declared Finchem.

Great. Give them 30 days to make absolutely sure that the evidence is destroyed. After all they have only been refusing for what 7 months now.

Well the election can not be overturned, it was official on Jan 6...even if it proved to be based on intentional fraud.

However, it is critical the audits continue for two great reasons:

1) Make it harder for the Rats to cheat in future elections.

2) Make it nearly impossible for anyone with integrity to hold their nose and vote for them.

Meanwhile, we do not know what the audits will be able to fully prove. The Rats and their Media cheer leaders will do whatever they can to undermine the truth coming out.

Decertification a “strong possibility.” The author should be a journalist. Stories are so much more snappy when you make up details. No basis for that opinion is stated in the article. I’d bet a thousand bucks that, whatever the audit shows, the Arizona legislature will not decertify the election. The federal constitution only provides for impeachment or the 25th amendment to remove a President. Litigation over a decertification would last far beyond the end of Biden’s term. The political heat would also be intense. No way they decertify
