No One has been charged with obstruction or insurrection. But being held forever is a dem tactic to scare us all. Get rid of the dems in the midterm and then let the jan 6 political prisoners out and throw the dems in. Have the jan 6 prisoners be their new guards.
It was a largely a trespass event. Charge the trespassers with trespass and end this circus.
