They should be invited to the White Basement but they won’t. My hope is that the Brewers and the Packers will honor these brave young men and their Leaders for doing what they were trained to do.

Sounds like they were returning from Philmont and therefore they all would have had advanced back country survival First Aid training as part of their prep.
