UPDATE on Sharif University - Crowds hearing the news about students being surrounded and in danger on campus gathered outside the main gate of the university at around 22:00 local time. But reports say that security forces or vigilantes began attacking the dormitories. They were firing guns at the windows while students were in the dorms.https://www.iranintl.com/en/202210029006

This institution has been a center of anti-regime agitation for a long time. In Obama’s administration it was one of the sparkplugs for challenging the national election. The uprising Obama discouraged in every way.
Are you really cheering for the Iranian government to put down the demonstrations? You are supporting the Mullahs?

The people of Iran have the government their parents and grandparents rioted for in 1979.
And they got it good and hard.
I remember when the Ayatollah Khomeini landed in Iran. The young people swarmed him hoping he would just touch their hand. If he did, they went into throes of wild ecstasy.
When he died, they threw themselves, in agony, on his bier causing it to be dropped to the ground and his dead carcass roll in the dirt.
Great to see these ladies pushing back finally. Hopefully it will end with some Mullah’s hanging from trees and some normalcy brought to that region of the world.
