Report: Joe Biden Made Secret Saudi Deal to Ease Gas Prices Right Before Midterm Elections

President Joe Biden and his administration worked extensively to work out a secret deal with Saudi Arabia to ease oil and gas prices right before the midterm elections, even though the Saudis ultimately backtracked.

Biden officials scrambled to convince the Saudis not to cut oil production before the midterm elections and thought they had succeeded once Biden agreed to meet with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

Biden officials pushed for the Saudis to accelerate production in July and August and additional increases from September to December, which would significantly impact oil production ahead of the midterms.

The democrats want gasoline prices to skyrocket in order to further their goal of forcing the sheeple to give up their cars, move to high density democrat controlled cites, and ride mass transit. The just don't want prices to skyrocket until after the election.

The bigger crisis is diesel fuel prices. Nearly everything that consumers buy, including gasoline at the pump, is transported at multiple points in the supply chain using diesel fuel.

Biden cuts a deal with Saudi Arabia, then complains about Saudi Arabia as a election non-election issue, and gets nothing for it either way.

Treating the Saudi government like this is bad politics. All they have to do is do nothing and point out how Biden created his own problems.
