I'm getting a little tired of picking up the tab for his commissions.
How much will “charities” like the Clinton Foundation skim? or can we save everyone a lot of time and trouble by depositing it directly in the countries’ leaders’ Swiss Bank accounts?
How much will come back to the Rats.....plus 50% for the big guy.
Oh the kick backs. I’ll bet 1/3 of it goes back into Democrat “campaigns”.

How can we give away so many tax dollars when our country is in such debt? This is absolute madness.
My favorite African (true) story is what happened when a Christian group decided to help build some water wells in some rural African villages.
They came into the area, built the wells and showed the local leaders how to use them to get fresh water.
A year later a few of them revisited the villages to see how everything was going.
The wells had fallen into disrepair and nobody was using them.
The local villagers gave no explanation as to what happened.
The Christians visited other villages that had not gotten the wells and asked what they should have done differently.
The answer stunned them.
It turned out that these villages relied on their children going to local streams and bringing back buckets of water as part of a daily routine.
It took about an hour for the kids to make the trek to the stream and return.
That was the only time the adults had total privacy from their children and could have sex without interruption.
“Their subjects will continue to live in abject poverty.”
Send food. Even that gets distributed to the wrong people. But it ain’t tax dollars.

Why is the U.S. government doing this? China and Russia have made considerable inroads into sub-Saharan Africa. South Africa is a member of BRICS, which is looking to set up a currency to challenge the dollar's supremacy. Algeria, Nigeria, Sudan, and Zimbabwe have expressed an interest in BRICS membership. A Chinese-Russian domination of Africa will be antithetical to Western interests. Additionally, the Western powers pushing the Green New Deal and sexual perversion are non-starters in most African countries, whether Muslim or Christian. So the Biden Administration is trying to make friends with the elites of the African nations the old-fashioned way: bribery.
