It's all for money laundering. We wondered for decades what happened to the money sent overseas for foreign aid, and why billions would always get “lost.” Our government always blamed corruption in the receiving countries. Now, we know a lot of it gets laundered to pay off all kinds of shenanigans to the corrupt uni-party. When Obama left office, remember 6 billion each went missing from State Dept, Housing and many other agencies? That's payoff money, and the RINOS were not very interested in investigating. With conservatives taking charge of oversight, corruptocrats are very afraid of losing their stream of dollars.
