I don’t like the phrase “my truth” either. But I think she’s really saying people have different perspectives which is valid. But yeah, I’ve had enough of “my truth.” Minimally, it sounds sappy.
Yep. There is truth, feelings and opinions. The second two can and do change over time. The first never does.
