Good for Ron, but I fail to see how Florida can stop a Federale Central Bank Digital Currency from coming to Florida. Or being used in Florida, if people want to use it.

You're missing the point. It's not how it works, it's how it sounds.

“In the last week to 10 days, DeSantis has signed bills to ban CBDCs in Florida, the death penalty for child molesters, E-verify immigration reform, constitutional carry, a ban on vaccine mandates for government and private industry, and many more.”

His globalist masters obviously:

Oppose government control of digital currency
Favor the death penalty for child molesters
Favor E-verify to shut illegal immigrants out of the job market.
Favor Constitutional Carry
Are opposed to vaccine mandates

Wait a minute! Those globalist masters seem pretty awesome!

I will gladly vote for Trump if he wins the nomination which seems pretty likely, but I’m not in the Trump or no one or Trump is the only person who can do the job.

If Trump truly is the only person capable of doing the job, then we’ve already lost the fight to save the country.

Isn’t the concern that if the government doesn’t like your business they won’t allow people to pay you with their CBDC. Payments to your business will be blocked so there would be nothing to convert. If you don’t make the right cake or get the jab, your business will be on the do not pay list.

That is very good agenda to sign. What has DeSantis said about curbing ugly trade deficit every year with China?

This is good. Now watch the courts strike him down in the future. Plenty of deep state judges out there.

What happens down the road?
It gives preparation time to educate the ill-informed and ignorant of relevant writings from about a couple of thousand years ago.

It’s all about protecting liberty, rights and freedom.

It's not how it works, it's how it sounds.

Best I can tell at this point, the bill simply changes the definition of "money" and "CBDC" though out the Florida Uniform Commercial Code.

How that applies to banning US Federal Government CBDC in FL remains to be demonstrated.

I've seen no serious demonstration of that on this thread, yet.

President Trump is the only doctor out there large enough to administer the enema needed to rout out the infection of obamanites that has infiltrated every aspect of government.

If this bacterial infection remains untreated, it will meet their end plan, the death of America

The good doctor diagnosed the problem long ago

That’s why they target him. He has the silver bullets and the enema tube ready to go!

In 2019, when crypto was in the midst of a multiyear bear market, Jared Kushner — Trump’s son-in-law and a senior adviser — was quietly advocating for a U.S. digital dollar, in which the Fed would launch its own central bank currency.

The information was gleaned from a 250-page dump of Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin’s crypto-related e-mail correspondence from his four years in the job, which was was obtained by CoinDesk through a Freedom of Information Act request.

Explains why there was no effort to stop it.

"What has DeSantis said about curbing ugly trade deficit every year with China?"

Well, last week he signed legislation that prevents China from buying any more land in Florida. He just got back from an overseas trade junket, and China wasn't on the 'places to visit' list, so I suppose that's a good thing.

What would you have him do, since most policy that involves the national trade deficit is done at the national, not state level?

That’s what some folks keep predicting. But we know the CBDC thing will never be the only way to exchange money. Too many cows are already out of the barn, the door no longer matters. They’re not putting the credit card companies out of business. They can’t stop the existing payment apps. The “private” digital currencies already exist outside government control. The way the government gave up on those and said “just report it to the IRS” shows exactly how well a state could opt out of CBDC. It can’t.

IT MAY tangle things up in courts long enough to educate people about the INTRUSION on your daily lives.
