All of this bickering by candidates is moot

Voting is moot

the politicians are just actors on stage to distract us from going after who is actually controlling all levels of government

and it sure aint "elected representatives"

but the globalist system will be pleased at all the bickering and hate and division that gives them power

This apparently hostile exchange, mostly attributed primarily to Trump, is campaign rhetoric, and may or may not represent some degree of veracity. Trump is the storming alpha male in the exchange, and one of the first tactics used is to diminish potential rivals, by whatever means appear plausible, even if only in the short term. Jeb Bush was blistered unmercifully in the early days of the 2016 campaign, and so overpowered and engulfed by the storm torrent poured down upon him, he retired early in the race. Ted Cruz got much the same treatment, as did Marco Rubio. It remains to be seen, whether Ron DeSantis can stand up to and resist this assault on virtually every aspect of his character and record of performance in office, or not. Baptism by fire, as it were.

Now, from my perspective, DeSantis has been a most excellent governor of Florida, which is not to say that Adam Putnam, had he prevailed in 2016, may have also compiled a respectable record. We just do not know. Trump has made much of the fact his endorsement may have put DeSantis over the top in that primary, and managed to squeak past Andrew Gillum in the general. As it turned out, Gillum had several major problems that could very easily have resulted in his being removed from office, but that is a totally different discussion. The fact remains, that DeSantis was re-elected to the office with an overwhelming majority, which means he knows something about getting things done. The fact that DeSantis has been working with a Republican legislature and a largely approving state judiciary may have also contributed to the overall success, which just improves the optics.

And Trump is trying to tear down that standard of success? Keep in mind, that for Trump, this is “just business”, and a part and parcel with who Trump is, an iconoclastic and unpredictable factor not steeped in conventional politics.

And exactly the person we need on the international stage.

Caesar he may be. But just the right mixture of megalomania and magnanimity, to create a fortune of billions, or to act as the lion trainer on the global diplomatic level.
