House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) on Sunday signaled that an impeachment inquiry of Attorney General Merrick Garland would be imminent if whistleblower allegations that U.S. Attorney for the District of Delaware David Weiss wanted to appoint a special counsel in the Department of Justice’s Hunter Biden probe are true.
McCarthy retweeted allegations made by the whistleblower, IRS Criminal Supervisory Special Agent Gary A. Shapley Jr, noting if his allegations are true, “this will be a significant part of a larger impeachment inquiry into Merrick Garland’s weaponization of DOJ.”

I want to see Garland in jail. I want him to lose any pensions. I want people effected (including Trump) to win civil suits against the bastard.

If it ever got that close, Biden would retire for “health reasons” and we would be looking at Newsom as the candidate.

There is a whole slew of administration officials who should be impeached prior to impeaching Biden. It would also establish that cabinet officers can be impeached (only one resigned before he could be impeached historically.)
Doing so would undermine Biden severely, and investigations branching from the impeachments would take down scores of corrupt underlings.
All hat, no cattle. He talks and does nothing. You’d think he was from SC instead of CA.
