Yeah, it really seems that Israel and their allied Arabs states knew this was coming and were going to use it to clean out the Palestinians.
I think everyone has known ‘it’ was coming for decades.

That would be my guess. Egypt, Saudi, Jordan, and the Abraham states may have let Israel know it is open season on the Palestinians . This eliminates a headache for them and isolates Iran, and Israel does the heavy lifting.
