Ukrainian soldiers and marines told The New York Times that the Dnipro river front is brutal. They contradicted official reports that they have gained a foothold on the eastern bank. They said that Ukrainian soldiers are dying in huge numbers and that it is a "suicide mission."
In recent months, the banks of the Dnipro river have taken center stage in the war in Ukraine, with Ukrainian officials claiming that their forces have gained a foothold on the eastern bank.
However, marines and soldiers on the ground told The New York Times that these claims are overstated and that Ukrainians are dying in huge numbers, often before they even reach the other side of the river.
"There are no positions. There is no such thing as an observation post or position," Ukrainian soldier Oleksiy said. "It is impossible to gain a foothold there. It's impossible to move equipment there."
"It's not even a fight for survival," he said. "It's a suicide mission."

The West is actually running PR gas-lighting campaign, with a war on the side.
Clearly these troops aren’t benefiting from the barrage of US-supplied M483/M864 cluster munitions.

There is no good reason for uncertainty about matters like this. In orbit assets can produce imagery that would make very clear what is happening.
The only involved people who do not know the truth of this situation is the general public. The Russians know. The US/UK/Ukraine knows. Only the public does not know.
And it need not be any sort of concealment of imagery capability. There are purely civilian spacecraft that can image these locations. They clearly have been told not to release any such images — with the excuse being it would reveal this and that and this and that to the Russians — which is absurd since the Russians have their own satellites and already know this information.
No, this is all about manipulating Congress and providing Congress only the information the Administration wants it to have.
This is a very specific and particular reality where there is zero technical motivation behind refusing to release this to the public. The motivation is all something else.
It appears that more Western Effort is going into Disinformation than into actual fighting the war.
Yeah, that is a spot on observation. Only half a year ago they were apparently one more giant paycheck from having lunch and a smoke break in the Kremlin, to something very much different today.

I think the purposes of the war are two-fold. First and most obvious is the graft money to be made by the politicians. Second is the testing of new munitions.
Globalists first and foremost wish to destroy nationalism. Nationalism is the solitary biggest threat to their fantasy of a world government and domination by “enlightened elites”. They view countries dominated by whites that have a strong cultural idenity as obstacles. The weakening of Russia and Ukraine as a result of the carnage is delightful to them.
