In primarily Muslim cities here in the US, I expect that’ll become the norm, if it hasn’t already. Not sure if it’s true, but I’ve heard that Sharia Law is recognized here in certain areas.
In Minneapolis, where I live, most Islamist female of the Somali persuasion wear head scarves and a moo-moo over their clothes.
I have 2 Etheopian neighbors. One set of girls wear the head covering and black dress, in the other family the girls do not.
All sets of these ladies are well educated or in college.
Very nice. Very smart. (Somali, not so much) in general.
