They musta had a pre-flight video from CBC (aka PravdaKanaduh) showing Justin Castreau making a speech about how well he has run the country for the last 8 years. (Typical CBC bravo sierra.)
Here is a picture of the man being forced to watch Crime Minister Castreau's speech, immediately before he broke free and jumped.
The Crime Minister's Office refused comment.

It appears most people cannot comprehend the level of fear and panic that surfaces when a person has a phobia of flying. It’s worse than death itself.
I’ve worked with people to overcome this, and it’s not easy.

I could see how it happened. Didn’t see an “Occupied” sign so opened it…..

"While the aircraft was at the gate, a passenger who had boarded the aircraft normally, instead of proceeding to their seat, opened a cabin door on the opposite side of the aircraft," the statement from the air carrier said. Poor fellah only wanted to provide for some cross-ventilation!

The CBC News writer is is obviously not sufficiently wokified...
1. Initially..."instead of proceeding to THEIR seat"
2. But, a few sentences later..."HE was subsequently apprehended"
