With China’s populace predicted to drop like a rock over the
next few decades, it needs other nation’s populace to do
the same.

Of course we know the WEF seems to be hoping for the same
thing. I suggest we ask China nicely to start with the
WEF this time.

Not really. China, like most "wealthy" nations could fix many of their problems by just killing off the huge part of the population that is not productive. Especially those who are past their breeding years AND non-productive. And its so easy to vaccinate those you want to keep. No elderly to spend money on, and their wealth flows to the state.

Of course killing off your rivals would be good too.
