There is a mental illness called “Autogynephilia” (AGP). It means men who get sexual pleasure from pretending to be women and having others play along. This is the forefront of the Trans Activism because they still have male aggression and are often also psychopatic.
That rapist might have just been an opportunitist taking advantage of what these activists got written into law.
On the other hand when it comes to children the most numerous victims **by far** are actually girls pretending to boys and having their breasts cut off. They’re not heard about so much because that type tends to be shy. It is “don’t look at me” instinct. Perhaps these girls were sexually abused and think “that wouldn’t have happened to me if I were a boy”.
Due to the shyness of this larger group you don’t hear about them that much because the aggressive males with AGP are the ones working hard to put themselves into spotlight.
This idiocy got banned in most European countries and I believe the way to win is to tell Democrat lawmakers that. This is an argument that works on them and the Republican lawmakers are mostly on board anyway.
I have no doubt that that is the case in most men taking advantage of the trans thing to access women and their facilities.
I wonder how long before they start finding some of these trans prisoners are being murdered by the women they are incarcerated with.

There is sin, selfish choices, demon influence. God may allow a person to venture down a path toward self destruction in hopes the person will want to repentance. The longer one stays selfish/sinful, the more people are harmed by the persons choices and what comes from them.
Science and medicine keep trying to negate sin and people’s willful part in things so as to negate existence of God and free will. Examples transgenderism lies, majority type 2 diabetes, most exercise injuries tears etc, obesity, depression, heart disease, even things like divorce, anger issues, crime, even all the people choosing to go along with these farces and push treatments or meds which all have some negative side effects on people just to keep their income streams are part of the sin, and much more, all largely stem from selfishness/sin and ignoring God.
Anything can be a fantasy turn on, but the rest of the world doesn’t have to play along.
