Federal income tax is a scam.
Federal income tax is a necessary cause of the present Leviathan State centered in Washington City. Tariffs, imposts, duties, etc. don't generate enough cash flow to support the monstrosity. End the income tax, reduce the monster to within Constitutional limits.
