Do they still go by the UCMJ? In the old days a senior noncom would never, ever be involved, much less be the distributor of meth.

The UCMJ will not be kind to him. Don't bet on it. The guy who abandoned his position in a war zone didn't even receive a dishonorable discharge and I think was given little to no punishment.
