Exactly. I think such suits are a flaw in our legal system and clog the courts with BS legal suits. I think the plaintiff and his lawyer should posted a bond for the expected defense costs of the suit. They would be returned if they win the case, or paid to the defendant if they lose. It would surely reduce “nusance” cases.
Yep. ...And soon, alcohol will not be served in public. Too risky.
