But if you knowingly transmit “COVID”, you’re a monster and a threat to humanity, right?

Idiots. Evil, lying, corrupt, power-mad idiots.

This is the type of stuff that proves these people in Biden’s regime are literally possessed demonically, they desire the death of others by any means necessary.

They are donating blood. This will normalize HIV.

Why just specify HIV/AIDS. Knowingly transmitting any disease should be a crime.

“This will normalize HIV.”

Reducing older life expectancy is good for Social Security and Medicare.

The word “knowingly” seems to make it a huge crime. What am I missing?

This has been a crime for decades in some places. Why TN, why now?
I suspect there’s more to this story. Could there be a lawsuit pending, say, over infecting someone with a disease they created, or poisoning someone with a vaccine they created to “cure” the disease they created?
I’m highly suspicious of this new effort by Obama/Biden. Something else is afoot.

Excellent point. Perhaps we ought to round up everyone with AIDS/HIV and secure them in a remote camp somewhere, just like these maniacs wanted to do with those of us who chose to not take the jab.

Question, so if a person with disability shoots another person, how is that one gonna be handled?

I suspect that they’ll get Europe to do the same...and that Europe will bend over and take it.

So, it remains against the law, to knowingly transmit veneral diseases . . .

But there is an Executive Decision to knowingly transmit AIDS-HIV.

On Aug. 7, 2023, the American Red Cross implemented the FDA’s updated final guidance regarding an individual donor assessment for all blood donors regardless of gender or sexual orientation.

This change *eliminated* previous FDA eligibility criteria based on sexual orientation, which restricted sexually active gay and bisexual men from giving blood.
