The local Miami media in FLORIDA was running this story today, too. All a part of "white cops are eeeevil."
“Don’t engage in violent fights with people and don’t get shot by cops” is the lesson here.
The family says they saw video that has not been released publicly but the police deny that. At this point, I don’t know who to believe. Too many cops all hyped up rushing into a small space. Did someone screw up? Are they covering it up? Could be.
They are probably right that the cops shouldn’t have shot him.

54 cops shot and killed by perps that same year- the left doesn’t like those facts because it proves that there is no “systemic racism” or “rogue cop problem” when the vast vast majority of the encounters with police end with noone getting shot, and issues resolved in a humanitarian manner rather than guns blazing scenarios.
