Obama/CIA used the briefings as an opening into spying on Trump in 2016. Trump would be smart to decline briefings until he has trusted people at the CIA.
On day one, I’d just announce a 25-percent cut in fed-intel folks across the board. Then I’d let them know...in 12 months...if I detect bogus intel....I’ll cut another 25-percent in billets. At some point, out of desperation over getting stuck with DC property that they owe $300k on mortgages...they will clean up their act.
