With the help of the Educational System dumbing the public down in addition to to the public's attention being exclusively focused on sports and entertainment. I felt sorry for the Louisiana Solicitor General, Benjamin Aguiñaga, who argued the First Amendment case against censorship, as he had to listen to Jackson’s tripe. Jackson’s sole concern was over the government not having sufficient power to dictate through public and private means the government’s position upon its citizenry. As such she totally ignored the essence of the First Amendment. Aquiñaga was brilliant, but he had a steep hill to climb with the general ignorance shown by the Court on such a straight forward issue of free speech versus government censorship.
