Liberals don’t deal in facts and aren’t the least bit concerned about them. They just know what they know in the most absolute sense. They acquire information by osmosis or intuition. (Actually I believe they give the source of their knowledge any thought whatsoever. It just is what it is.) It’s called the Dunning-Kruger effect.
She doesn’t even seem embarrassed.
The problem with Kennedy is he’s great at stuff like this but too many of his votes suck.

IIRC the assault weapons ban enacted during Clinton’s administration had 3 characteristics defining “assault weapon”. A flash supressor, a pistol grip and hardware for mounting a scope. None of these characteristics make the weapon any deadlier, just made them look scary.

I’ve signed off as legal counsel on briefs I have not read. There. I confessed. In my defense, they were briefs regarding pro life issues and the lawyer who wrote the briefs was an amazing nationally recognized lawyer, I think in the Thomas More Law Firm out of Chicago.
If the house of representatives did their damn jobs, judges, just like this wannabe, would be impeached and removed from the bench.

They must not screw with the judiciary, even if they are supposed to, by order of that pesky constitution thingy
