William Matthews Merrick was a Judge based in DC during the Civil War. His decisions so angered the Congress that they dissolved his Court to get rid of him.

I mention this because Senator Harry Reid expanded the DC Court to become the nest of Communist evil it is today. The J6 Patriots rotting in the DC Gulag are a direct result of this packing by Reid.

I mention Merrick because he is the precedent for what should be done if Trump wins and Congress falls out of enemy hands. Dissolve the DC court. Boot the Commie Judges out. Reform the Court with better judges.
