Last I heard Qatar will be operating it. Will be a problem on the ground but Israel was to be in charge of ground security. I'm sure Joe would like to change that, but I doubt Qatar wants troops on the ground.

Unmentioned, how is Iran smuggling weapons to Hamas. No airport or port, yet. Israel controls the sea. Egypt, through the Sinai? With the large Egyptian contingent now bordering Gaza how can they do it without Egyptian complicity. They must know where tunnel entrances are.
