I don’t think Pres Trump will get anywhere near 40%. But he will get a sizeable percentage. If Trump gets more than 15% of the Black vote then stick a fork in the kid sniffer, he’s done, ASSuming we have a cleaner election this time.
You assume they will count those black votes.
