When a president signs our nation up to a treaty, or enacts some kind of legislation WITHOUT the consent of congress, IF congress doesn act, then the treaty or whatever it is that the president passed “is valid”. It stems back to some ancient legislation or whatever - think it had to do with Versailles or something (I just caught the tail end of the conversation, and can’t recall the exact details now)
We’ve seen oblama and Biden both passing crap,without co gressional approval, and I was wonderin how they got away with it since it wasn’t approved- apparently this is why.
