I bet the cats get bent out of shape with turkeys in the yard.
A little too big to tangle with, I’m sure. Although, bet turkeys run if challenged.

The geese land in the school yard across from the house to graze. Not too noisy here but at the pond near the trail, you bet!

Go to bed Vamp. LOL

Yes, these cats do freak out over the turkeys but several years ago, the cats we had really freaked out for a while. A silly turkey “adopted” us and stayed for a little over two weeks. She spent a lot of time hanging out in the back yard, where the outside cats spent most of their time, and they weren’t sure what to think. She also spent a lot of time hanging out with Hubby while he worked on cars at the garage. I’d go out for a walk around the farm and the silly bird would tag along like a dog. LOL Then one day she left and we never saw her again.

There have been times we had hundreds of geese in the fields in the fall, and is that ever noisy! Most of the time, they just fly over a few at a time, going from one area of the lake to another during the early mornings or early evenings. The adults fly quietly but the young ‘uns are quite noisy.

Aaaaaah, the country life. Wouldn’t trade it for anything!
