Yes, those were some interesting questions, but they left me craving pie. I like all kinds of pie, but chocolate is my favorite. 😋

Doing fine here. We had some crazy weather starting just hours after the eclipse (which was freakin’ amazing) and lasting halfway through the week. But now it’s just cloudy and sticky. 😖

What about y’all’s necks of the woods? Any crazy spring weather? Luvie, I hope the sandstorms have backed off.

I’m glad you had good weather for the eclipse. I was afraid cloudy skies might ruin it for you.
We had clouds but a big hole opened up briefly during the maximum coverage we got here ... about 90%. Not very exciting but it did make for some cool shadow crescents under the trees.

It’s been very windy here lately. Lots of rain last week and we’re getting ready to have a stretch of showers and storms the next three days. Had a tree blow over last week and didn’t know it until Sunday. LOL Can’t see it from the house but discovered it when I went to the well house to check the water filter. It didn’t hit anything and isn’t in the way so I’m not losing sleep over it.

Yes, the sandstorms backed off finally. Of course, all bets are off if the wind kicks up to over 30mph. LOL! We had 90% coverage of the eclipse here, which was still pretty cool. Here's what we did to see the effects of it:

Turned out pretty cool using a colander.
