You are a liar which is no surprise.
This article does not even slightly state that Johnson supports an open border.

You are a piece of garbage from Russia who is just here to try and undermine the United States so that more Ukrainians can be killed and eventually more Americans.

He was just on Newsmax.

It makes it sound like he should get an award for not sending US troops on the ground to Ukraine.

Who is advising him? Pelosi?

Funny how these politicians get a secret ‘briefing’ from the intel boys and suddenly they’re on board with anything the blob wants.

Quotes from the Refugee Convention:

Article 23 - Public relief

The Contracting States shall accord to refugees lawfully staying in their territory the same treatment with respect to public relief and assistance as is accorded to their nationals.

Article 17 - Wage-earning employment
....
2. In any case, restrictive measures imposed on aliens or the employment of aliens for the protection of the national labour market shall not be applied to a refugee...who fulfils one of the following conditions:
(a) He has completed three years’ residence in the country;
....
(c) He has one or more children possessing the nationality of the country of residence.

Article 34 - Naturalization [and getting the right to vote (and buy AR-15s)]

The Contracting States shall as far as possible facilitate the assimilation and naturalization of refugees. They shall in particular make every effort to expedite naturalization proceedings and to reduce as far as possible the charges and costs of such proceedings.

https://www.ohchr.org/en/instruments-mechanisms/instruments/convention-relating-status-refugees

Article 44 - Denunciation [getting out from under the Refugee Convention]
1. Any Contracting State may denounce this Convention at any time by a notification addressed to the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
2. Such denunciation shall take effect for the Contracting State concerned one year from the date upon which it is received by the Secretary-General of the United Nations....

NOTE: I do not trust any politician who has not called for invoking Article 44 to get the US out from under the Refugee Convention.

And my distrust extends to Trump and Johnson.

The Refugee Convention must be removed from the Democratic Party toolbox by invoking Article 44.

Anyone know of an incorruptible fighter with awesome strategic genius who could and would fight for Americans First? The Speaker does not have to be a member of Congress.

“No matter how you cut it, Mike Johnson supports an open Southern border, too.”

I’m glad they said that. If you read the article, it says 5000 a day, doors closed. Now that is not going to stop the thousands of those that are flown in, drive in, or even walk in crossing the rivers at low spots. Those are not part of Johnson’s ideas. It means 5000 invited ones and that’s it.

The average amount of people arriving at the border daily from the south is around 10K. That means if only 5000 are legally let in, then there will be that 5k tomorrow that are still on the back burner when 10K more arrive. Does anyone think they will not try to cross illegally because the entry point will only proccess 5K?

Johnson is aware of the geometric problem, and, he knowsg the border can’t be shut down without the coverage to get the illegals that are crossing without consent put back. So a number has to be set. And that number is really low in comparison to what the Biden adminstration is doing by processing 5K and releasing 10K into the country, some without processing dates, at the entry points.

A conservative government is successful when they can break even with the problems as that has been their intent for many generations. But until they are willing to re-invent the wheel, or even grease this one, they will fail. And the ones that make money letting the wheel destroy itself don’t give one rat’s azz. So they allow you to attack your own to save them the time and face.

Johnson is just another Deep State RINO who pretended to be a Conservative.
There are a lot of Fake Conservatives in Congress.
He is just another who exposed himself.

If my neighbors have a plumbing problem, the solution is not to have them move in with me but to fix their plumbing.

If my neighbors have an economic problem, the solution is not to have them move in with me but to fix their economy.

If my neighbors have any problem, the solution is not to have them move in with me but to fix the problem where it is at.

House Speaker Mike Johnson supported shutting down the Southern border until it got in the way of his real priorities: sending money abroad.

Simply more nonsense. The House could pass any amount of border funding it wanted, explicitly tighter immigration restrictions, even (as we just saw) and they would all do absolutely nothing.

The US regime is controlled by criminals who also have complete control of the highest level of law enforcement and (in many cases like the DC circuit), the courts. They are untouchable, they want the border open, and no amount of posturing in the House will change that.

The only solution to closing the border is removing the "Biden" regime. The rest is theater.

And those of you wishing to harm the regime by imposing defeat abroad like Hanoi Jane ought to consider the fact that if Russia wins, the external threat, exaggerated or not, will be used as an excuse to crack down on dissent here even more.

Trump loves to endorse RINOs.

Trump will continue to support Mike Johnson because he can’t afford to lose the house. That doesn’t absolve Johnson. Johnson has already betrayed the American people and he’s just getting started.

‘We the people’ are in for a world of hurt.
