How can something be ended when it never actually existed in the first place?
This struck me as well. The so-called constitutional right was ‘found’ by SCOTUS in Roe v Wade hiding in the ‘penumbra’ of an implied, but not stated right to privacy. Oddly SCOTUS couldn’t find a right for people to keep and bear arms for another half-century.
