Bragg is running a 9/11 trial: he doesn't care about it taking off or landing, he just wants to fly it throughout the summer until Trump crashes and burns.

In a just world Bragg would be disbarred, and be lucky to avoid the prison time he so richly deserves. I know I can’t be the only one whose blood boils when I think of the evil that is being inflicted on Trump by these Satanic people.

If you are found guilty of, on the same day, tearing a warning tag off a mattress, parking in front of a fire hydrant, failing to use a turn signal, letting your dog poop on the sidewalk (and not scooping), and not returning a library book on its due date, your collective misdemeanors are treated as a single felony punishable by life imprisonment.

Ya know Trump REALLY should start saying that the dems are changing the laws and twisting legal meanings. THAT means when he wins he can go after dems for REAL crimes they committed. Like Hillary and the Russian Dossier and biden for all of his crimes. How abt bill and monica DOING him under the desk of the Oval Office.

Trump ought to say “OK dems when I win we will be sure to use the laws YOU changed to go after you”. NOT retaliation but YOU are setting the new rules.

Go after Garland, Wray and Mayorkas for PURJURY. Throw them in jail til there case comes around. AND go to judges in RED STATES. That jury will throw them in jail till they die and beyond. Line em up against a wall.

I don’t know if a Trump administration would find a way to indict the state and local prosecutors and judges who went after him, but I’d like to see him try. While ideally, they’d get serious prison time, even years of expensive legal limbo would deter future abuses of power.

I've got it!

"“The misdemeanor statute of limitations is expired on this offense, just as it is expired on the underlying offense."

But, if you use racist Western math..."Negative number multiplied by a negative number equals a positive number."

So, an expired state misdemeanor times an expired state misdemeanor = an unexpired federal felony!

They're using logic reason and math against us!

Bragg is far from being the fat, stupid and corrupt moron we've thought.

He's a "woke" genius, using Alinsky's "Use their own rules against them".

there is no one to hold him accountable. Trump is right...they are coming after us. Trump is just in the way.

They call Trump a fascist and a dictator. Clearly they are projecting their won need for power and control onto him and his supporters. This needs to be pointed out at all costs.

I’m still amazed this fraud has gotten as far as it has. the Judge and the Bragg should have both been locked up for FRAUD already, why isn’t a Grand Jury in Florida INDICTING the both of them for Deprivation Of Rights under the color of Law?

Trump must prevail in Nov., if there are to be consequences for what is, IM0, conspiracy to interfere with the coming election. If the DOJ were then to investigate conspiracy, it would be on much firmer ground than the phony charges leveled at Trump since 2016.

As far as I'm concerned, this is a campaign and an important Constitutional issue.

Violating a NY State election law does not make a federal felony. Why don’t Trump’s attorneys move for a mistrial?

Well, it might hamstring the prosecution if the defendant was informed of the charge.

Jonathan Turley had interesting comments on this case and the Supreme Court immunity case (being heard today) this morning on "Fox and Friends." His analysis seems self-evident, but Brian Kilmeade pointed out that on other networks you have lawyers arguing the opposite. (Good of Brian to watch the other networks so none of us need to.)
