We will probably have a repeat if Trump wins...unfortunately.
But I will still vote for Trump as the alternative is a more rapid end of the Republic.

Were you there? You have no insight into what motivated Trump to pick person A over person B, regardless of whether or not person A turned out to be a bad choice. Many of Trump’s early cabinet picks were people he reached out to, who weren’t particularly lobbying for any position in his cabinet. Rex Tillerson, who turned out to be a disappointment never knew Trump prior to joining his administration, but was asked to join on someone’s recommendation.
