I listened to as much of it as my work would allow, and it’s clear the ruling is going to be 6-3 in favor of Trump, but narrowly based enough that the left will figure out yet another way to make Trump’s life miserable, while defending to the death (his) immunity for everything Biden has ever done.
I’ve not seen anyone argue for Biden immunity. Where have you seen this?
