No doubt! So glad DeSantis did this right off the bat - this essentiallyprotects everybody EXCEPT real, biological women. And it was done by Biden on his lonesome, just going out and altering legislation. Why bother to have a legislature if the president simply gets to completely overturn a law that it has passed?

Title IX is Congressional law. What Biden is doing is trying to invent a rule to bypass Title IX and bypass the protection of women under Title IX.

Many years ago, as young man, I was a Peace Corps trainee scheduled to go to Afghanistan. Since Afghans, especially high-placed Afghans, were known to dabble in homosexual acts, we were questioned by a psychiatrist as to how to decline such an offer. This was long-enough ago that homosexual sex was considered a bad thing.
Anyway, after everyone hemmed and hawed about the correct and polite answer, the psychiatrist gave it: “No”. No explanation, just ‘No’. We tend to forget how powerful that little word is, if we dare to use it.
DeSantis just said it and other governors have to say it too.
Love him as governor of Florida.
