I spoke to a blue collar worker week before last whose wife is quitting her job so they can home school their 2nd grade daughter. Today, I spoke to a man who is taking up another job so he and his wife can sent their daughter to a Christian school.
The trans BS is being pushed first thing to them.
Why would administrators try to stop the profs from doing precisely what they hired them to do?

I didn’t recognize my school, ESU, from the first day I showed up on campus, and my (lack thereof) donations over the decades have made that PERFECTLY CLEAR.

That seems to be a description of most college courses today.
My friend had two allies among the faculty: a straight laced, strongly conservative engineering professor, and a liberal Jewish humanities professor of European background. The two made for an unlikely pair but were good friends.
One afternoon, my friend was at the student union rathskeller with his two faculty supporters to plan activities against the student radicals. After a couple of beers, my friend asked the Jewish humanities professor why he opposed the radicals. After all, he was pretty liberal and opposed the Vietnam War like they did.
The Jewish humanities professor paused a moment and said, "I will show you." He then rolled up his sleeve and exposed a serial number tattooed on his arm. "I was given this in a German extermination camp when I was a boy. I know who the SDS are. They are Nazis."
American Jews are now getting to see that the radical Left aims for the destruction of Israel and the Jews. It is late in the day and not all will take the lesson, but I hope that enough of them may to make a difference.
