Raskin is proving the need for immunity. He is saying, in effect, that the Supreme Court engages in hate speech, like Republicans. Make hate speech illegal, and the Justices can be prosecuted for saying anything the Democrats don’t like.

How about we take away the immunity the Congresscritters have, to lie, libel, etc as much as they want as long as it’s in Congress?
