NN had a lot of support of this forum the last time it was proposed. Hopefully this is a smarter crowd.

It was about 50% pro-NN when I posted against it in the Obama years. Obama was rewarded with a lucrative kickback from Netflix. Back then we were suffering from less bandwidth so supporting bandwidth hogs like Netflix was the main motivation for NN.

Now that's back and there's really no justification, NN is simply a power grab. Some of the same chicken littles will line up for NN claiming that FR will be censored or throttled without NN. But it didn't happen, hasn't happened and won't happen.

Some will claim that they were blocked from FR because FR was on some blacklist. NN doesn't get rid of blacklists, on the contrary it sanctions them.
