They all wear coats when it’s cold out.
I know quite a few people who came here from India. Almost every single one of them is a hard working, law abiding person who pays taxes. It’s too bad this person ventured out into a dangerous city where criminals aren’t prosecuted and locked up. If a person has to go into the city at night they shouldn’t go alone and they should always be armed.
