Form educational cooperatives. Walk away from public schools. Parents can be teachers. Worthy teachers can be hired and unworthy ones kept out. Free admission in exchange for labor, from each according to his ability (lol). Refuse to take a cent from the government. Claim the moneys spent as a credit against federal, state and local taxes (talk to a lawyer).
HILLSDALE SCHOOLS cannot get up & running quickly enough.
The Biden administration ought to literally be taken to the woodshed for this act of stupidity. If caning was lawful in this country, that could/should be used on those who would advocate this. I have heard of many stupid acts, but this just about tops them all. What possible excuse can there be for allowing this?
Where is the Federal Dept. of Education on this one?

I've been suggesting that, at every opportunity, for quite a few years. Typically it goes like this:
"I have to pay my mortgage, I can't afford private school."
"Isn't it better to give up a house, than your child's mind?"
Or:
"I pay school taxes!"
"Public ed is welfare and about as wholesome as a covid shot, which is also free."
Most people are herd animals who are convinced that no good will come of thinking for themselves. They constantly strive to keep up appearances -- the career, the house, the car, the college for their offspring. It's a natural life cycle and they dare not deviate from it.

What the naive “conservatives” hoped Title IX would be is irrelevant if Leftists wanted to use it to push to extremes, and the Courts went along.
“Conservatives” have been losing to the left for 100+ years because they agree on Leftist premises, and then quibble about the details.
eg. Men and women are equal and their college sports should be equal.
Well, men and women are NOT equal, certainly in athletic ability, and their sports should not be forced to be equal.
But “conservatives” of 1972, and even today are still too weak to reject Leftist premises, and assert the truth which is human inequality.
Educational cooperatives have to become the Next Big Thing. It’s already catching on. It’s perfect for impoverished school districts who are stuck with the scum of the crop of teachers, transferred from elsewhere because firing them for cause is too big a bureaucratic headache with the union and all. It’s perfect for struggling middle-class families who can’t afford private school. Potentially, it could be real integration of the children of concerned families of all races.

That is the absolute truth!
It’s like what they want to do with “reparation”.
They start off with an innocuous thing like, let’s set a “bipartisan commission” to study the matter.
And the people from the “stupid party”, say, “well it’s just a study, and I definitely don’t want to be called a racist, so I’ll go along with the study.”
Little does this naive simpleton know that he just lost. He just accepted the premise that some reparation may be needed and that only the detail need to be worked out.
The left runs circles around us. They are ACTIVISTS, we are PASSIVISTS! That’s how they have wiped the floor with us in this culture war. And there’s little sign of that changing.
I’m disgusted to the max!
