I have no doubt that this is true, but with the two-tiered justice system that we have, nothing will come of it.

At this point, I have a hard time even imagining what sort of evidence might be seen as “compelling” evidence that Joe was illegally profiting from his office. Nothing so far seems sufficient to register as “worrisome”, and I don’t expect that to change.
