Nonsense. Militaries have acted under false or specious flags before.
Most notably the Russian troops who were the “Little Green Men” back in 2014.
Other examples:
1. The Flying Tigers who were American flyers, who flew American P-40 fighters, and who killed the Japanese under the Chinese flag.
2. The German forces who fought in the Spanish Civil War on behalf of Francisco Franco.
3. The USAAC personnel who fought for Britain in 1940-1941 and who were then put in US uniform once the US joined the war. And with no aspersions upon their US citizenship.
4. The Russians who fought for North Korea against the USA.
5. The Russians who fought for Vietnam against the USA.
6. The Russians who fought for Syria in the Beqaa Valley and who were obliterated by the USS New Jersey.
7. The UK forces firing StormShadow missiles at Russian targets in occupied Ukraine.
etc. etc. etc.
