It’s interesting how the Russia-haters keep trying to push the LIE that Putin did it. What other lies are they also pushing?

Like other dictators, Putin created the atmosphere where his sycophants would perform illegal acts in order to curry favor with their exalted dictator. Putin might not have to order the hit, because he knows one of his brown-nosing minions will do it anyway.

Good thing there’s plenty of patriotic Russia-lovers like yourself to stand up and defend Putin from the scurrilous accusations that a former KGB agent would dare to act like a former KGB agent!

I’m sure “Putin Khuylo!” (as many Russians call him) appreciates your loyal service to both himself and to your Rodinha.

I love Vodka. I love Borscht. I love Katyusha dolls and wild Mazorka dancing (which I can’t do anymore). I love herring and caviar, and rice plov (how Russians pronounce it), as well as the sound of the mandolin and music that starts slow and then reaches a crescendo. I love the sound of the Russian language, which I only speak a little of. I even like knee-high boots and Tchaikovski’s 1812 Overture.

But I do not like at all your absolute certainty that something is a lie, of which you have no personal knowledge one way or the other. He might have ordered him killed. He might have just had him sent to Kolyma where the harsh weather, hard labor and short rations were sure to have killed him, conveniently dying right before an election. Either way, Putin killed him, and that’s no lie. And I don’t “hate Russia,” I just despise Putin and Russian kleptocracy. Just as I don’t hate America just because I despise Biden and the American deep state.
