Friend of mine lives in Vegas & there are a lot of homeless living in rain tunnels so when they’re expecting rain of significance, they remove the homeless but leave the furnishings. When it rains, couches, beds, tents flush out of the tunnels.

It took a second call 45-min after the first call before the police responded.
Gawd, the guy was alive earlier and if the police responded promptly he may be alive today.
