Prosecutors say they will not retry an Arizona rancher whose trial in the fatal shooting of a Mexican man on his property ended last week with a deadlocked jury.

The jurors in the case against George Alan Kelly were unable to reach a unanimous decision on a verdict after more than two days of deliberation. The judge declared a mistrial on April 22.

The 75-year-old Kelly had been on trial for nearly a month. The rancher was charged with second-degree murder in the Jan. 30, 2023, killing of 48-year-old Gabriel Cuen-Buitimea outside Nogales, Arizona, near the border with Mexico.

Jorge? Jesus? Rodrigo? Sanchez? Or, more likely, some Lefty mental illness (I repeat myself) of the XX persuasion. Yeah, ‘strange’

He NEVER should have been put through this.

The Zimmerman trial was ma.icious prosecution too, as were/are the attempted prosecutions of Trump. I would love to see prosecutors charged with malicious prosecution- during the Zimmerman trial, the prosecutor out and out lied about George, but nothing was ever done sadly. Fortunately he was found not guilty, but the efforts of the media and blm supporting liberals everywhere to rai.road him was intense.

The prosecutor described George Allen Kelly as a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a very poor aim,” and said he would bring no more criminal charges.

many times while he was being questioned he mumbled

“’Jill, if there’s ever a problem, just walk out on the balcony here, walk out and put that double-barrel shotgun and fire two blasts outside the house, You don’t need the AR-15 it’s harder to aim,” he added, “it’s harder to use, and in fact you don’t need 30 rounds to protect yourself. Get the shotgun! Get the shotgun!””
