I agree that the degenerates publicly expose themselves with these protests, although I am unclear on what you mean by "Time, place and manner."

So your point is: Given the "right time", the "right place" and the "right manner", a "peaceful protest" calling for the extermination of any other minority group would -- or, rather, should, in consideration of "freedom of speech" -- be allowed to proceed. Course, the Lefties & their (R)N(C) ‘friends’ failed to actually break-up, arrest, nor prosecute those that turned any/all such protests into violence, destruction & violation of Rights (property theft, stopping students from attending class [Right of travel, false imprisonment], etc.)
