Jordan of course was the Arab half of the original two state solution imposed by the UN in 1947-48. Israel for the Jews, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for the Arabs (they didn’t talk about Palestinians in those days.) Israel accepted, the Arabs blew it off and declared war on Israel.
What about the United Kingdom?
