Just fix the broken stuff and leave it as a showcase to what a fine institution used to be. Leave the trash, inside and outside to reflect the pride of the insanity that was spawned. Let them wallow in there own filth. Cut off grants and funding. Disown the rabble, remove the scum who crossed the line, both students and staff.
